Job Description

ROLE 1-Areas Sales Manager

Salary upto 7LPA

Job Duties:

  • Achieve targets through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate

channels.

  • Monitoring and managing Team and setting targets for them.
  • Develop and Manage team's Network for mortgage loans in Geographical region.
  • Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the

team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager.

  • Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management.
  • Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate

actions to achieve targets.

  • Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing.
  • Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be graduate in any field.
  • Must be Tech Friendly
  • At least 5 year Experience in Home loan and DSA and DST Channel
  • Network of active DSAs.
  • Team management experience
  • Able to train and nurture the team

Skills:

  • Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team

ROLE 2-Regional Sales Manager

Salary upto 12LPA

Position Overview:

The role of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) involves supervising sales activities in a designated area,

guaranteeing the consistent attainment of revenue goals and market growth. They oversee inspiring and

guiding a group of sales experts, devising strategic approaches to enter untapped markets, and

cultivating strong connections with important clients to stimulate business expansion and fulfill company

aims.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and execute sales plans to achieve company goals in the assigned region.

Guide and inspire a sales team to surpass targets.

Evaluate performance, offer feedback, and organize training to enhance the team's

abilities and output.

Identify market trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities in the region.

Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to

drive sales and satisfaction.

Coordinate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align

sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Track sales metrics, analyze data, and produce reports to monitor progress and

pinpoint areas for improvement.

Effectively manage budgets, expenses, and resources to maximize profitability and

ROI.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all

sales activities
