Job Description

Team Handling Profile of 8 Front Line Sales.
The role holder would be responsible for driving Acquisition of salary accounts and Cross of Third Part products in the portfolio responsible for.
This role is also responsible for Penetration in empanelment relationships acquired, overall operations, administration and drive high performance culture across assigned catchment.
Do Area /Catchment mapping for Corporate Salary potential.
Do cold calling, reference calling, approach HR/Finance for presentation and conversion.
Secure mandate and generate Company Code (COCO).
Organize help desk for opening Accounts of individual employees, attend new joiners induction for opening of Accounts.
Organize cross sale from corporate and individual employees.
Achieve month on month new corporate on-boarding/empanelment target, number of accounts target, upload target and cross sale target.
To ensure that all accounts signed up with the corporate gets salary credits
To identify and resolve service issues of the Corporate
Servicing all financial needs of the flagged customer
To maintain call reports and MIS as required
