Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with 3 to 8 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage and lead the marketing team to achieve targets. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services. Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns to optimize results. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Job Requirements Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
