Job Description

Job Purpose To ensure efficient and effective implementation of CSR projects across the assigned region by overseeing center operations, monitoring field teams, ensuring quality compliance, stakeholder coordination, and driving outcomes aligned with CSR goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Project & Operational Management Oversee day-to-day operations of all project centers in the region. Ensure timely rollout and execution of CSR initiatives as per the agreed project plan. Maintain adherence to SOPs, quality frameworks, and compliance guidelines. Prepare and implement regional work plans, budgets, and resource deployment. 2. Team Leadership & Capacity Building Lead a team of Center Managers, Trainers, Mobilizers, and MIS executives. Conduct regular performance reviews, team trainings, and mentoring. Recruit and onboard staff as per the needs of the project and region. 3. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement Liaison with local government bodies, industry partners, and community stakeholders. Represent the organization in CSR-related meetings, reviews, and public forums. Coordinate with funding partners for updates, visits, and compliance checks. 4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports (MIS, Progress Reports, Dashboards). Conduct field visits, audits, and spot checks for quality assurance. Identify gaps and initiate corrective actions. Monitor outcomes (placement, certification, impact metrics) and ensure targets are met. 5. Risk & Issue Management Identify and mitigate regional-level risks and challenges. Manage escalations, grievances, or compliance concerns efficiently. Key Skills Required Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities Familiarity with CSR reporting frameworks and compliance norms Proficiency in Excel, MIS tools, and data analysis Effective verbal and written communication in English and regional language(s) Preferred Background Experience in managing CSR-funded skilling/livelihood projects Exposure to large-scale NGO operations or social development programs Willingness to travel extensively within the region
