Role & responsibilities

A result driven Candidate based in Hyderabad with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in selling Video Surveillance Products and Projects like, Surveillance Cameras, Access Controls, BMS, Video Management Software etc., directly reaching out to corporates and local Government Bodies in the assigned Region. Identifying and developing New Customers for project sales (B2B) by professionally understanding customer requirements & lining up technical support. Achieving targets as per plan and projections. Preferred candidate profile

10 to 12 years in B2B sales, key account management in video surveillance, CCTV, IP cameras, or security solutions. Proven experience in handling projects, government tenders, or enterprise clients. Exposure to security system integrators (SI) and OEMs. Worked with companies in video surveillance, electronic security. Good understanding of IP cameras, analog systems, NVR/DVR, VMS, video analytics, cloud storage, and networking basics.Ability to explain product USPs and suggest solutions based on site survey, bandwidth, camera placement, and storage needs. Strong solution selling and consultative selling approach.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle long sales cycles, especially in government and institutional business. Familiar with local channel network, consultants, and departments. Open to travel within the assigned region/territory.
