Ability to manage PL and drive profitable business growth.

Proficient in managing payment collections and financial oversight.
Capability to mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
Strategic thinking with a focus on proactive client and channel engagement.

Roles Responsibility

Lead and manage the sales and business development (BD) staff in the assigned region.
Expand the customer base by managing relationships with channels, consultants, architects, and end users.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and business development targets for the region.
Guide the sales/BD team to proactively engage with channels, consultants/architects, and end users as per organizational focus.
Oversee payment collections for all sales transactions in the region.
Manage the profit and loss (PL) responsibilities for the region to ensure profitable business growth.
Motivate and drive the regional team to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and mentor sales/BD staff to improve their performance and skills.
Lead and groom existing team members for enhanced productivity and results.
