Job Description

About the Company:

  • Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of Shyro in India
  • Lead growth across regions by developing a strong pipeline through engagement with key decision makers
  • Build curated solutions for clients by proposing win-win solutions
  • Become a thought-leader and exhibit confidence in presenting Shyro to C-suite executives

Strategic partnerships:

  • Build long-term relationships with organizations by embedding Shyros proposition in line with their employee wellness programs
  • Drive product adoption and growth as well as provide on-going education about developments in the mental health space, especially those that leverage emerging technologies
  • Act as CEO of the partnership - Unlock revenue and value through understanding the clients needs and business priorities

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify organizations and map key decision makers across organizations
  • Establish strong value proposition with potential clients
  • Draft, design and negotiate commercials enforced through legal contracts

Client Management:

  • Implement and execute the specifics of the agreed upon agreement
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients while seeking out opportunities to upsell and cross sell
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach to elevate customer satisfaction and retain them

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence business growth through strategic partnerships efforts both in the short-term and long-term.
  • Work closely with product, tech, marketing, operations and legal to build customized solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of operating with high degree of autonomy
  • Experience working in a partnerships or business development role with senior stakeholders
  • MBA from Tier1/ Tier 2 college
  • Demonstrable understanding of how technology works and an experience in selling SaaS/advertising/digital solutions to key decision makers
  • Proven experience in working successfully with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrable quantitative analytical skills, including the experience to build GTM (Go-To-Market) plans
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in B2B/ Enterprise Sales
