Senior Associate / Lead Analyst - Global Corporate KYC Company: Kiya.ai Client: BNY Mellon Department: Operations and Utilities KYC Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST Kiya.ai is looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Global Corporate KYC team. This role focuses on the onboarding and due diligence of institutional and corporate clients across APAC, US, and European markets, with a preference for experience with UK and Luxembourg clients. You will be responsible for conducting complex KYC reviews, verifying legal entities, identifying beneficial ownership structures, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end KYC due diligence for corporate and institutional clients in multi-jurisdictional environments. Conduct QSS alert reviews and validate entity ownership structures against data sources such as ChoicePoint, LexisNexis , and public registries. Identify and verify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) , control structures, and perform sanctions, PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), and adverse media screening . Liaise with relationship managers, compliance teams, and external data providers to gather supporting documentation and resolve KYC escalations. Maintain, update, and amend existing client profiles in accordance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Provide guidance and peer review support to junior analysts in complex case resolution. Ensure compliance with European regulations (e.g., 4AMLD, 5AMLD, UK FCA guidelines, CSSF Luxembourg ), as well as global standards (e.g., FATF, FATCA/CRS, OFAC, SEC , etc.). Support remediation and refresh projects for existing corporate client portfolios. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of European KYC regulations , especially UK and Luxembourg . Prior exposure to APAC and US market onboarding is a plus. Experience working with legal entity types such as Corporates, Trusts, Foundations, SPVs, and Funds . Proficient in tools and databases: Fenergo, World-Check, Refinitiv, Dow Jones, LexisNexis, Fircosoft, Salesforce . Solid communication and documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a global team.

Role - Market Data Compliance Consultant Location - Remote Contract Position with third party payroll Qualifications required: Market Data content experience (Refinitiv/LSEG, Bloomberg etc.) Experience in compliance activities, preferably in banking environment Technical background (high level understanding of financial applications, connectivity, ability to discuss requirements with developers) DACS experience (managing entitlements) Fast learner; ability to work independently; good communication Job description: Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Data Compliance for New Applications Collaborate with application owners to check and define market data requirements for new applications developed by the client Define market data entitlements in the Refinitiv Data Access Control System (DACS). Ensure that no unauthorized data is used or redistributed in any manner. Manage approximately 500 requests per year related to market data compliance. 2. Review Refinitiv Data Notifications Regularly review Refinitiv Data Notifications regarding content changes, including new or removed data and modifications in various services. Ensure users do not lose access to any utilized data. Verify compliance for new entitlements and assess the impact on users. Confirm that costs are covered for new content. Follow up with vendor management regarding any changes in vendor content. Handle approximately 500-600 requests per year, with a peak at the end of each quarter. Potentially extend responsibilities to include other vendors (e.g., Bloomberg) in the future. 3. Vendor Audit Management Verify data requirements upon the launch of new applications. Conduct regular reviews to monitor changes in data usage and ensure compliance. Adjust entitlements as necessary based on data usage changes. Document processes and findings for audit purposes.

He/She must be a dynamic personality with ability to work tactically wherever needed with quality results. Job Responsibilities: Team management and supervision Processing and verification of daily and monthly pricing across multiple asset classes. Ensuring accurate valuations and performing validation process across all capital market products including but not limited to derivatives and OTC securities. Setup of OTC securities, including unlisted derivatives, illiquid stocks and private equity, bank debt and swaps, and their processing into the fund accounting platform will be an added advantage. Processing and verification of daily market prices on listed securities from multiple vendors, including market research on large variances and stale/missing prices. Strong knowledge about Bloomberg, ICE, Markit, Refinitiv, SIX, etc Strong knowledge on overall pricing concepts like price types, vendor hierarchy, price methodology, market value concept, etc. Processing and verification of valuations on OTC securities from data vendors and counterparty statements. Review of corporate actions on portfolio holdings and necessary correction and posting of exceptions. Documentation of trade file mapping requirements for existing and new clients, and working with various internal groups (Analytics, Client Services) and external client if needed, to automate pricing workflows. Working closely with multiple vendors to identify issues, track them and drive their resolution. Knowledge on API for BBG and Reuters is preferred. Maintenance and creation of standard Operating Procedures Providing assistance to supervisors, auditors and fund accountants as and when required. Daily MIS Qualification & Experience required 9--11 years of experience in investment banking Bachelors/Masters degree in a financial domain Operational experience in a financial institution will be a strong advantage Good knowledge of OTC products such as foreign exchange options, swaps, swaptions, Spots, forwards, credit default swaps Should possess Decision making, problem solving and tactical skills. Multitasking is a must.
