Redhat Ansible Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks and roles** for automating IT infrastructure, application deployment, and configuration management.- **Administer and support the Ansible Automation Platform**, including setup, upgrades, integrations (with enterprise authentication, logging, and reporting), and troubleshooting platform issues- **Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift clusters**; work with development teams to containerize applications and implement CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift- **Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability and security** of OpenShift and automation environments- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** (DevOps, Security, Development) to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices- **Document processes, configurations, and automation solutions** for ongoing support and knowledge sharing- **Stay updated** on new features and best practices for Ansible and OpenShift.**Required Skills & Qualifications:**- **Bachelors degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- **3+ years experience** with Ansible and automation scripting (Python, Bash)- **Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform** (deployment, management, troubleshooting)- **Strong expertise in OpenShift** and Kubernetes, including cluster management and CI/CD integration- **Solid Linux/Unix administration skills** (Red Hat certifications preferred)- **Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools**- **Familiarity with cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts- **Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills****Preferred Certifications:**- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation (EX407), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or OpenShift certifications
