Recruitment Operations Officer

The Ops Sup Analyst 2 position is an intermediate level role that involves providing operations support services, such as record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening in collaboration with the Operations - Core Team. As an Ops Sup Analyst 2, you will also act as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The primary goal of this position is to offer day-to-day operations support that aligns with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. Your responsibilities will include updating help content for Knowledge Hub end users, executing assigned work tasks like annual review certification and change requests, serving as a liaison to the business for work assignments, conducting needs assessments, researching solutions to inquiries, monitoring work progression, and ensuring consistent application of team process controls. It is essential to fulfill clients" needs while delivering an exceptional client experience, which will be measured by specific metrics. In this role, you should appropriately assess risks when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, adhering to policies, applying ethical judgment, and reporting control issues transparently. To qualify for this position, you should have 5-7 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of working under pressure, self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess strong organization and time management skills, demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
