Role & responsibilities: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies: This includes defining hiring goals, conducting market research, and identifying suitable recruitment channels. Managing the recruitment process: This encompasses tasks such as creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Attracting and screening talent: Recruitment managers utilize various methods to attract potential candidates and evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Building and maintaining a talent pipeline: This involves creating a network of potential candidates to draw upon for future openings. Collaborating with hiring managers: Recruitment managers work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure alignment on hiring decisions. Ensuring compliance: They must adhere to relevant employment laws and company policies regarding recruitment. Managing the recruitment budget: They allocate and manage the recruitment budget effectively to ensure optimal utilization of resources. Overseeing the work of the hiring team: Recruitment managers may supervise recruiters, providing guidance and support. Tracking and evaluating recruitment metrics: They monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
