Experience Required: 2+ Years Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across multiple domains (Non-IT/IT/ Manufacturing/Retail/etc.). Understand client requirements and create detailed job briefs and candidate profiles. Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals). Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly. Prepare and send professional client communications, JD drafts, and candidate summaries. Support in building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be fluent, articulate, and professional. Strong sourcing and screening abilities using job portals and social platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a sense of ownership. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
