Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate who has hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent who resonate with our culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from understanding hiring needs to onboarding candidates.
• Source potential candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess fitment.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and job postings.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in tech or fast-paced environments).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Comfortable using ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
• A team player with a keen eye for talent and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 per year
