Role Overview:

Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Drive the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with clients/hiring managers, and closing offers.
  • Level-Specific Focus:

    • Junior Recruiters

      Handle volume/mid-level hiring and coordination.
    • Senior Recruiters

      Manage niche or leadership positions, client interactions, and team mentoring.
    • Executive Recruiters

      Lead CXO/VP/C-suite hiring, market intelligence, and executive search strategies.
  • Sourcing Expertise:

    Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Client Interaction:

    Work closely with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles.
  • Process Adherence:

    Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers, ensure timely updates and compliance.
  • Market Research:

    Stay abreast of hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Requirements:

  • Relevant recruitment experience as per level.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Prior exposure to handling multiple industries is preferred.
  • For executive hiring roles headhunting and leadership hiring experience is mandatory.
