About the job: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end recruitment, including HR operations, Talent Acquisition, HR analytics, and other critical HR domains. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: Post job openings, screen CVs, make calls to candidates, and conduct interviews. 2. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures. 3. Talent Management and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development. Drive initiatives to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees. 4. Employee Engagement and Retention: Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 5. HR Analytics and Insights: Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Measure and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce productivity. 6. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. 7. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Foster an environment where all employees feel valued and included. Requirements: 1. MBA/Diploma in HR/Graduation. 2. Minimum 2-5 years of progressive HR experience. 3. Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, systems, and functions, including HR operations and talent acquisition. 4. Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. 6. Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
