We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Middleware Operations Support Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to manage and support our Microsoft middleware components. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in middleware management, performance optimization, backup and recovery, security, and troubleshooting using specific tools and technologies. This position is located in Bangalore. Roles and Responsibility Manage and support Microsoft middleware components, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. Implement and maintain security measures to protect middleware components from unauthorized access and breaches. Proactively monitor middleware performance, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through data validation and integrity checks. Collaborate with developers to design and implement new middleware features and applications. Provide training and support to users on how to access and use middleware components. Monitor and manage the health and performance of Microsoft middleware components, performing routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to middleware components, and collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of middleware systems. Maintain and update system documentation and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft middleware technologies and best practices. Job Strong knowledge of Microsoft middleware components and related technologies, including Microsoft BizTalk Server, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus. Experience with storage management, user management, and security implementation. Expertise in performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization, along with knowledge of backup and recovery processes. Familiarity with data modeling and validation techniques, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Azure Backup, and Azure Recovery Services.

Have hands-on experience with Azure Migration Projects and Azure App Service. Be proficient in Azure AKS and Azure App Gateway. Possess scripting skills in Powershell. Have domain expertise in the Process Manufacturing Industry. Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
