As an Assistant Manager - Operations, your main purpose will be to monitor existing Barclays supplier relationships and operations to mitigate risk to the Bank and our customers. Your key accountabilities will include managing existing Barclays supplier relationships by developing Management Information (MI) that meets the bank's needs and complies with quality and control standards. You will also develop service level agreements to guide service delivery aligned with time efficiency and support the monitoring of service performance. Collaboration with various stakeholder groups to align services with client needs and the bank's objectives is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing service improvement initiatives that improve service efficiency and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
