Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently handling front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Handle inquiries and provide basic information
  • Manage appointment schedules and visitor logs
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor
  • Minimum qualification: 10th or plus two
