Receptionist

Greeting Visitors : Welcoming guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Directing all visitors to the appropriate person or department as per process. Answering and Directing Calls : Managing incoming phone calls, answering questions, taking messages, or transferring calls to the correct person or department. Handling Mail and Deliveries : Receiving and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Preparing outgoing mail or parcels as needed. Managing Office Supplies : Keeping track of office supplies, restocking when necessary, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure that inventory is maintained. Supporting Administrative Tasks : Assisting with other administrative duties like preparing reports, handling invoices, or coordinating office events or meetings. Handling office cafeteria & pantry services:- ensuring full functionality and 24x7 operations of pantry equipment’s such as coffee maker , microwave ovens and dispensers. Coordinating with café vendor for timely breakfast and lunch arrangements. Managing Reception Area : Ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized, creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Managing Board room and meeting room Logistics request: - Coordinating with concerned department for F&B & logistics requirements for board room and office townhall meeting . ensuring all arrangements are taken care.
