Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Receivables Manager - Credit Cards & PL with Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the credit card and PL receivables portfolio.
Develop and implement strategies to improve receivables management.
Analyze and resolve complex issues related to credit cards and PL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for receivables management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of credit cards and PL operations.
Experience in managing receivables and collections.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
