Real Estate Sales Consultant

You are a passionate and results-driven sales professional seeking an exciting opportunity in the real estate sector. In this role with a PAN India based group of companies, you will be responsible for driving sales for projects located in Jagraon, with a primary focus on clients looking to invest 25 lakhs INR or more. Your proven track record in selling real estate products and existing client network will be valuable assets in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include actively generating leads, cultivating a pipeline of potential clients, leveraging your database of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and serious investors, conducting site visits, negotiating and closing sales deals, building strong client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and preparing sales reports and forecasts for management. This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund, along with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person at the Ludhiana (Malhar Road office) with project site visits in Jagraon.
