Real Estate Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing property deals. Your success in this role will depend on your good understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. Your key responsibilities will involve actively seeking new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. You will be expected to maintain and develop relationships with clients, provide them with excellent service, conduct market research to identify properties and trends, schedule and conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings, assist clients with legal paperwork, and ensure smooth closing transactions. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager are also part of the role. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in any field (Real Estate or Marketing preferred), a proven track record in sales (real estate experience is a plus), strong negotiation and communication skills, self-motivation, target-driven approach, and presentable personality. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. This position is offered as full-time, permanent, and suitable for freshers. The work schedule is in day shift with a performance bonus.
