Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning and implementation of civil and infrastructure development projects.
• Manage high-rise building construction projects and plotting layouts.
• Prepare detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee land development, grading, road work, utility installations, and compliance with zoning regulations.

• Coordination & Supervision

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews.

• Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and deliverables.

• Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation of all project stages.
• Ensure all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to.
• Manage contractual obligations and change orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of experience

  in project management in the construction or real estate sector.

• Must have handled high-rise residential/commercial projects

  (10+ floors).
• Strong

  plotting/land development experience

  , including layout planning and execution.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, costs, and contracts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
