Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems and policies
Oversee QA/QC teams and drive adherence to quality objectives
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans
Coordinate with customers and third-party auditors for product approvals and audits
Manage certification and recertification processes (ISO/IATF)
Promote a culture of quality across the organization

Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
15+ years in Steel / Foundry quality functions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
In-depth knowledge of quality tools, SPC, ISO standards
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
