Quality Engineering Lead

The primary responsibility of an Infoscion is to actively assist the consulting team in various project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be required to explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research and build proof of concepts (POCs). Additionally, you will create requirement specifications based on business needs, define processes, and develop detailed functional designs. Furthermore, you will support in configuring solution requirements, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives. Your contribution to unit-level and organizational initiatives will focus on delivering high-quality solutions to customers. As a part of the testing team, your main role will involve anchoring testing requirements, developing test strategies, monitoring project plans, reviewing test documents, and ensuring the availability of the right test environment. You will also validate go-live activities and mentor the team to enhance their performance continually. Technical requirements for this role include expertise in Technology Data Services Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, ETL, Data Quality, and other related areas. You should possess end-to-end knowledge and experience in testing, strong communication skills, scripting languages, automation tools, and knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies. Project and team management skills are also essential for this position.
