Good knowledge of SQL and MySQL is a plus. Experience in ORM tools like Entity Framework/Dapper and Open Source Databases (MongoDB, NoSQL, etc.) will be an advantage. Integration skills are crucial, including good knowledge of SOA, REST API(s) development, and API versioning. Experience with software integration is required, and familiarity or interest in the Internet of Things is a plus. Soft skills such as a mindset to deliver quality work, ability to lead a small team, adherence to company processes, good time-keeping, independent and team collaboration abilities, effective communication skills in English (both verbal and written), and clear reporting capabilities are essential.
