Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Verification of all loans disbursed across DVU locations, loan transactions, FD and lien management, Rera and Escrow transactions, Recovery and receipts and NDC issuance.
Checking of collaterals & limit structure in system.
Thorough checking of the cases and identifying discrepancies in transactions pertaining to Commercial Ops.
Completion of activities within TATs and with accuracy.
Ensuring all the conditions specified in the SL/Bank's internal policies have been complied and discrepancies found if any, are reported on immediate basis.
Recommending and ensuring implementation of new ways of controls validation activity to enhance process efficiency.
Upskilling/self-learning on domain areas and knowledge sharing among team members.
Undertake all such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Ensuring Audit slippages are avoided.
