Conduct audits and quality reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead Six Sigma / Lean initiatives to reduce defects and enhance performance.
Design and implement quality assurance frameworks, SOPs, and control mechanisms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT to streamline workflows.
Analyze root causes of process deviations and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare detailed quality reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management.
Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices and quality standards.
Support risk assessments and business continuity planning from a quality standpoint.
