Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual/Automation Testing

As a Quality Assurance Specialist/Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous testing and analysis. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, executing manual and automated tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, investigating root causes of defects, and continuously evaluating and improving testing processes and methodologies. You will also stay updated on industry best practices and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in software quality assurance. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, experience with test automation and scripting languages, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are also essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success. Preferred qualifications include relevant software testing certifications, experience with CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with cloud-based technologies and distributed systems testing, and knowledge of SQL and database testing techniques.
