Quality Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for collaborating with QA Engineers and developers to develop effective strategies and test plans. You will execute test cases, whether manual or automated, and analyze results to evaluate product code according to specifications. Your role will involve creating logs to document testing phases and defects, as well as reporting bugs and errors to development teams. Additionally, you will help troubleshoot issues, conduct post-release or post-implementation testing, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role, with a minimum of 6 to 9 months of experience being mandatory. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus, along with the ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Working knowledge of test management software such as qTest, Zephyr, and SQL is required. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, an analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude are also essential. Strong organizational skills and a BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are preferred qualifications. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus.
