Job Description

As a Quality Analyst in the B2C Department at Rayna Tours in Pune, India, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales and service calls/chats. Your role will involve sharing feedback to assist in performance improvement and preparing quality reports to maintain accuracy standards. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-2 years of experience in Quality, with a preference for Sales/Travel BPO experience.
