Primary Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain .Net applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed Identify opportunities to optimize .Net/Java application projects Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Write well designed, testable, efficient code Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Prepare and produce releases of software components Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Following best practices and standards ,building reusable components Adhering to project and practice level guidelines for deliverables Communicate effectively with other engineers/ QE and US business stake holders.
