QA Specialist / Lead

Your role and responsibilities Develop in depth functionality and stability automatic tests that will map customer use cases Research the right set of workloads and benchmarks Develop automated test scenarios and environments for End2End automatic evaluation Collect test evidence measurements to ensure system functionality, stability and scalability Designing and implementing automation tools and frameworks for continuous integration, delivery and deployment Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application development, deployment, and operations Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Skilled in testing tools, frameworks, API development Experience with test automation, debugging, and analytical skills Hands-on with programming languages such as Python, PHY test framework Good understanding of Cloud services. Development and deployment methodologies in cloud Hands on Kubernetes, DevOps, Jenkins integration, Build CI/CD test pipelines, container orchestration, artifactory/registries Working knowledge of Agile scrum, sprint, kanban, Jira boards Github repo management skills as, merge, rebase, branching, forking and submodules Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues Collaborating with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred technical and professional experience IBM Cloud especially VPC , CI/CD , Quality and automation Experience in leveraging/development/test of various cloud services Experience of working with a broad spectrum of technology solutions including Cloud, Data and AI
