Programming Python Problem solving & logic and analytical abilities Hands On QA Frameworks BDD, TDD ,Data Driven OS (Windows/Linux) concepts DBMS concepts & Ability to Write Queries Communication/Confidence/Attitude/Client Interaction Able to handle team and client Tracking of end to end deliverables Over all QA processes/Matrix/Reports Good to have : Big Data Technologies Cloud Technology Document Based Database {MongoDB} Data Analysis
