QA Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our software development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner. Working closely with the development team, you will collaborate to resolve issues and uphold the quality of our software. Participating in design and code reviews, you will contribute to identifying potential issues early in the development process and maintaining automated test scripts for improved testing efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that our software products align with customer needs and requirements. Additionally, you will analyze and report test results to management and stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software products. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes is preferred, along with familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, bug tracking software like JIRA and Trello, as well as SQL and databases will be advantageous. This position is based in Nasik, India, with potential for onsite work as required.
