Testing Expertise:
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.Proficiency in both manual and automated testing.

Test Automation:

Experience using automated testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
Ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.Defect Management:Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) for effective defect tracking and management.Ability to identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teamsfor resolution.

Analytical Skills:
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities to effectively identify and troubleshoot issues.

Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both within the QA team and with other cross-
functional teams.

Ability to convey testing progress, outcomes, and issues clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Java Programming:

Knowledge and experience in Java for writing automation scripts.

Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications.Execute test cases, both manually and through automation, to validate software functionality,performance, and usability.

Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using the designated bug
tracking system.Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution and validation of reported defects.

Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and validate new features without
adverse impacts on existing functionality.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and otherstakeholders to ensure a common understanding of quality goals and project objectives.Provide clear and concise status reports on testing progress, issues, and overall quality tostakeholders.

Required Skills:
Knowledge & project exposure on POSTMAN API, Automation Testing, Cucumber framework, restassured, Manual testingBachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) is aplus.
