Mandatory skills -

• Hands-on experience with

• Great troubleshooting skills and Analytical mind-set.
• Good written and oral communication.

• Payment systems Domain Knowledge.

• JIRA Ticketing tool experience.

Responsibilities -

• Gather Product requirements (e.g. functionalities, Non-Functional requirements)

• Ensure products and procedures meet industry standards
• Develop test environments and test cases for all positive, negative and edge case scenarios
• Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.

• Prepare / review test plans.

• Prepare

  test scenarios, test suites, and test cases for web and API applications

• Execute tests (manual / automated).

• Report defects and assist in their understanding.
• Prepare and present test reports
• Analyse

  test results track software testing metrics and root cause.

• Find the Root cause for issue and Prepare RCA for Production issue

• Log Monitoring and Analysis for issue prevention

• Experience on

  Testing Micro service API (Restful) components, knowledge on processing API.
