Once You Are Here, You Will:
Design, develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites. Participate in the discovery (Current state) and Documentation that will produce 5 deliverables: o Enterprise Testing Strategy o QE Handbook o Automation Handbook o Perf Engineering Handbook o Test Enablers Evaluate and maintain existing manual and automated test cases & procedures. Perform load and stress tests using enterprise level test automation tools. Interpret test results and prepare comprehensive test reports. Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture and detailed design documents. Act as key point of contact for other test engineers with automation needs. Manage and maintain physical, virtualized and simulated test environments. Identify and resolve issues that arise when integrating the application software with other software components. Assist in reviewing and determining amount of code coverage of unit tests.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience using one or more of the following test automation tools or frameworks: Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, TestComplete, SpecFlow or similar. 4+ years of experience in software testing and writing software testing automation in one or more of the following: Java, C# and/or JavaScript/TypeScript. Must have QA/QE Knowledge and experience including o Test Phases/Types o Test Data o Test Environments o Automation o Performance test o Must have working experience in TDD/BDD. o Test Management Tools o Developed Test Strategy/Test Plan documents - Enterprise Level programs
Preferred Skills:
Selenium, Cucumber & JavaScript (JavaScript coding experience) Experience with GitHub version control and collaboration tool Experience with JIRA/Confluence tool Good selenium error debugging skill Strong in BDD concepts Strong Understanding in Agile Process Mobile/ Web testing - Appium/Selenium with any cloud services (Browser Stack, Perfecto, Saucelabs) Exposure to Applitools, JIRA integration (plug-ins like AssertThat BDD, Zephyr, X-ray) Deliver a robust automation framework built upon established and proven open-source tools and strong experience on Service layer testing) to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements Provides automation expertise, training and coaching to team members Keep current with advances in automation methodologies and tools Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration software Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work on multiple projects and manage a dynamic working environment Expected Years of Experience Minimum 5 Years experience as an Automation engineer using Selenium Web driver 5+ years of experience in Javascript Candidate should work as a hybrid mode
