We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of 25882621 Officer-QA Automation Tester - C11- Hybrid based in Chennai, India. Responsibilities: - Collaborate on initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and product rollouts. - Work closely with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to develop and implement appropriate testing scripts/plans. - Conduct various process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments. - Identify issues, provide recommendations for solutions, and ensure project standards and procedures are documented and followed. - Monitor products and processes for compliance with standards and procedures. - Document findings, conduct root cause analyses, and provide recommendations for improvements. - Ensure completion of corrective actions, maintain traceability in project work products, and generate reports on quality metrics. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of technical procedures and concepts within the QA domain. - Offer informal guidance to new team members and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications: - 4 - 8 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Services industry preferred. - Proficiency in requirement reviews, identifying discrepancies, and communicating findings. - Familiarity with QA in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. - Knowledge of quality processes, logical analysis, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively within deadlines and possess clear written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in defining, designing, and executing test cases. Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
