Job Description: Senior Python Django Developer We are seeking a highly experienced Python Django Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in backend development with proficiency in Python Django, expertise in database setup and administration, and familiarity with frontend technologies. Additionally, the ability to lead projects, manage teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions is essential. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Application Development Build, maintain, and enhance web applications using Python and Django frameworks. Develop and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend solutions using Django ORM. Integrate applications with ERPs and various third-party APIs or services. System Architecture and Database Management Design, set up, and optimize database schemas with a focus on scalability and performance. Perform database administration, including backups, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Ensure efficient database query performance and maintenance. Create solutions to meet custom client requirements and ensure seamless implementation. Concurrency and Performance Implement efficient threading and multi-processing techniques to optimize application performance. Production Management Manage and maintain production environments, ensuring uptime, scalability, and performance. Handle deployments and resolve production issues effectively. Cloud Infrastructure Plan and execute infrastructure setup for new projects. Work with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, Load Balancers and WAF for hosting and scaling applications. Client and Team Collaboration Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery of projects. Required Skills Backend Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Django, Python, and Django ORM. Expertise in multi-threading and multi-processing concepts. Strong grasp of database setup, design, administration, optimization, and query performance tuning. Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery. Ability to design responsive, user-friendly interfaces integrated with backend solutions. Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS EC2, RDS, S3, Load Balancers, and WAF. Problem Solving: Proven ability to design and implement custom solutions based on client requirements. Personal Attributes Leadership: Demonstrated skills in leading teams and managing projects end-to-end. Communication: Strong communication skills for clear client interactions and reporting. Responsibility: Commitment to maintaining production instances and meeting client expectations. Experience Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Python Django development. Proven experience in database administration and working in production ecosystems managing large-scale deployments. Hands-on experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
