Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Purchase Manager to manage procurement of inventory, raw materials, and finished goods. The candidate should have experience handling vendor negotiations, stock planning, and managing timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Plan, source, and procure raw materials and finished goods for inventory. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors/suppliers. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and credit terms. Track and manage stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages. Generate purchase orders and maintain records in ERP or Excel. Ensure quality checks on received items. Coordinate with warehouse and accounts team for inward entries and payments. Maintain vendor performance logs and resolve supply chain issues.
