Evaluate suppliers' capabilities and assess risk factors, ensuring the company stays agile in a fast-evolving marketplace. Procurement Planning & Coordination: Oversee the preparation and execution of purchase orders, ensuring that the procurement process is efficient and cost-effective. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with production schedules and inventory requirements. Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly review procurement data to identify trends, performance gaps, and cost- saving opportunities. Prepare and present reports to senior management on procurement activities, supplier performance, and savings initiatives. Risk Management & Contingency Planning: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure the continuity of supply in case of market disruptions or unforeseen challenges. What We Are Looking For Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and secure favorable terms with suppliers. Exceptional analytical skills to assess market conditions, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities. Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills & Experience Education Qualification Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience 1-3 years of experience in procurement. Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
