Experience - 2-3yrs in purchase/procurement.

Qualification - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

SAP proficiency

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

We are seeking Purchase Executive with 2-3 years of experience in procurement. The ideal candidate will have below skills:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process from order requisition to delivery.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost savings.
• Track order status, follow up on deliveries, and handle any delays or issues.
• Source third-party suppliers and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Support internal teams with procurement updates.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and supplier consolidation.
