Job Summary:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase cum Accounts Executive to manage both procurement and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will handle vendor management, purchase documentation, and maintain day-to-day financial records, ensuring smooth operation between procurement and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase & Procurement Duties:

• Identify and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, availability, and reliability
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials/services
• Negotiate rates and payment terms with suppliers
• Track orders, manage delivery schedules, and resolve vendor-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and purchases
• Coordinate with store, production, and management for requirement planning

Accounts Duties:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (SAP)
• Prepare and process vendor bills, payments, and journal entries
• Assist in bank reconciliations, ledger management, and petty cash handling
• Prepare purchase and expense reports for management review

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in SAP software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, and invoice processing
• Good negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills for purchase
• Ability to multitask across purchase and finance functions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a combined purchase and accounts role
• Experience in handling vendor coordination and accounting software is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
