Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Project Professionals at Multiple Levels, across India , to lead Project Management Operations for different product range i.e. PUF Panels, Thermal/Acoustic Insulation materials (like Rockwool), PEB & Passive Fire Protection systems. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical and execution background in our Product range with proven expertise in handling end-to-end project management , client coordination, and team leadership. This is a role responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects involving hot, cold, cryogenic, acoustic, and fire insulation systems across industries like power, oil & gas, HVAC, and process industries --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage resources efficiently to meet project milestones and deadlines. 2. Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes proactively. 3. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. 4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in PEB and composite construction. Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure project deliverables meet specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering; PMP certification is a plus. 5-15 years of experience in insulation project management (hot/cold/cryogenic/acoustic). Strong understanding of insulation materials (Rockwool, Thermal, Acoustic, Glasswool, Foamglass, PUF, etc.), PUF Panels, PEB ,Passive Fire Protection systems, Composite Civil projects and their industrial applications. Prior experience handling large-scale projects in sectors such as power plants, refineries, petrochemicals, steel, or HVAC. Excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client and team coordination. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
