Public Relation Officer

· Daily rounds of the outpatient department to ensure the readiness of the consultation rooms, cleanliness of the department and resource availability

· OPD scheduling of the consultant’s rooms

· To liase between the patient and clinical team & Administration.

· Interaction with the patients to address issues , if any

· Ensure that there is no delays in the appointment schedule. In case of any delays same to be communicated to the patient.

· OP feedback collection

· Reports to be prepared as directed by the HOD

· Accounts reconciliation to be done on a weekly basis

· Ambulance coordination for the patient transfer in and transfer out

· Inventory management in OP

· Consultant Name boards to be available before the consultation starts

· Aiding in smooth functioning of the OPD.

· To be able to explain the rates and tariffs of the hospital to patients.

· To perform any other task as given by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
