Atherwants to strengthen its Engineering Product Development portfolio asit grows as a company with multiple product streams like Performanceand Family segment scooters, CI, AM etc. This calls for afocused approach towards making its Development processes and systemsrobust across all its verticals. It would require a keen eye toidentify all the inefficiencies in the Engineering processes, performProcess FMEA to identify Risk, identify actionable measures, drivethem for implementation, and monitor the same post implementation.You will be out Team Center / PLM Champion for the org to prioritizeand drive the TC related changes
Weare looking for someone who has hands-on experience working on PLM(Team Center) Automotive product development with a 2W / 4W OEMexperience, also someone who has working knowledge on Engineeringprocesses like Change management, BOM Management, Part Numbering,Drawing Management, DFX, Bug and Risk Management, etc.

ProcessCreation: As a TransformationManager you will be working with the development functions across theverticals like scooter development, charging infrastructure,accessories merchandise (mechanical, electrical, hardware,firmware, software) to Set-up / Strengthen the processes and systemsthat affect the key Development KPIs (Cost, Timeline, Quality).
Youwill need to apply your product development understanding to identifythe gaps / blockers to improve the development processes. You willalso have to work with the development internal audit teams to getfeedback on the performance of the processes and systems that hasbeen set up.
ProductDevelopment Cycle Optimization:The development teams go through the product development cycle forall upcoming projects as per the org development roadmap. As aTransformation Manager, you will have to identify the root cause fordiscrepancies in the processes and systems that affect the CTQmetrics, identify the action plans, and execute them accordingly. Youwill have to analyze the root cause of the P0/P1 (critical) gaps inthe development product life cycle suggest corrective and preventiveactions and track them for closure through the respective functions
Digitalization:As a Transformation Manager, you are responsible for improving thePLM / Team Center digital transformation tools being used as part ofprocess and systems improvements. You are expected to come up withbusiness case, look at the ROI and Impact of the Digitalization andalso work on PRD and Solutioning along with the Tech developers anddo UAT, Training and initial handholding of the tool post deployment,identify for continuous improvement with respect to features beingused, optimize the cost of usage, improve the quality, and speed ofexecution of the output

Whatshould I have graduated in
Bachelors/MastersDegree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. Engineering with 10 to 12years of experience in 2W / 4W automotive product development
