Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Proposal Engineer in the Water and Wastewater treatment field. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, interacting with clients, and coordinating with various departments for the procurement and sales of engineering solutions. Daily tasks will include analyzing project requirements, cost estimation, and presenting technical and commercial offers.

Qualifications

• Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing skills
• Background in Chemical and Environmental Engineering field
• Experience in sales and Proposals engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry is a plus
• Minimum Experience of 3-5 Years.
