An all-rounder who can:

• Take complete ownership of hostel operations – front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, staff, and guest relations
• Handle inventory, vendor coordination, bookings, and basic accounts
• Ensure guests have unforgettable, hassle-free experiences
• Maintain vibe and energy while also running a tight ship
• Think on their feet, solve problems fast, and make sound decisions
  

• Prior experience in hospitality/property management preferred
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of booking platforms (Hostelworld, Agoda, etc.)
• Ability to lead a small team and live on-site
• Positive attitude, high accountability, and guest-first mindset
