Property Manager

Role: Property Manager - [Real Estate Experience]

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing day-to-day property operations.
• Analyzing market trends to recommend competitive rental rates.
• Ensuring timely lease renewals and addressing tenant concerns effectively.
• Handling rental collection and follow-ups on overdue payments.
• Managing property tax payments and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinating property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining detailed records of rental agreements, expenses, and operational activities.
• Preparing regular reports on occupancy rates, financial performance, and property operations.

Other Requirements:

• Education: Any Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years in property management, real estate, customer relations, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property regulations, leasing agreements, and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Advanced Excel; experience with property management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage teams, and make strategic decisions.
